I’m Chef Margaux, a degreed chef with over 30 years of catering and culinary experience. I’ve fed families, cooked at festivals, and even survived by catering during the hardest times of my life. Through it all, one thing stayed true: food is about joy, family, and connection.
I created Margaux’s Gourmet Seasonings because I saw a gap in the market. Too many store blends were overloaded with salt, or just plain bland. I wanted to give everyday cooks something different — chef-level flavor, low-sodium health benefits, and all-in-one simplicity.
