Seasonings and Digital Recipes
No Refunds or Returns
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns nor issue refunds for seasonings and digital products. All sales of these items are FINAL. If you have any concerns about your seasoning or digital products, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Clothing and Other Fabric Products: Example: T-Shirts; Aprons; Linen
14-Day Return Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your apron purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process

- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the apron. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned apron, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within typically 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
- Items damaged during shipping: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us, and we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and sending you the correct one at no additional cost.
